"Ravi at his most engaging and penetrating; all the more significant because of the context in which these messages were presented: the Harvard School of Law." Eric Holmberg - Founder, The Apologetics Group
This 3 CD series contains lectures and Q&A sessions that took place before packed audiences at the Harvard Law School. In the first, Ravi examines the questions "Is Atheism Dead? Is God Alive?" - after which he fields questions from the audience. The second lecture explores the topic of "Getting to Truth" by addressing the questions "Who is Jesus? (And Why Does it Matter?)." The third message is a question and answer session where Ravi and a select number of Harvard scholars answer tough and thoughtful questions from the audience about the Christian faith.
Some have heralded this forum as one of the most significant dialogues on truth on the Harvard campus in the past fifty years.
Trivia that is not trivial: There is a wonderful irony in place whenever a Veritas (Latin for "Truth") Forum is held at Harvard. Its school motto is also Veritas. In earlier days the school's shield - upon which was emblazoned the word Veritas, also featured a banner that read Christo et Ecclesiae, meaning For Christ and the Church. (You may know that Harvard, like Princeton and most of America's earliest colleges, was founded to train men for ministry and to propagate the Gospel.) Of course, the banner has long since been removed. And there is another thing that has changed. You can read about it here. Ah, modernity: your hubris knows no bounds.
