SHIPPING

 
We are committed to quick service; most orders are normally fulfilled and shipped within 24 hours; excepting Sunday.   Except for larger shipments (which can be shipped via UPS) packages are sent First Class via the USPS.  Therefore, customers in the United States can often receive their purchase within two to three days of ordering.  Of course, delivery times vary with the Postal Service so please allow seven days before you start getting concerned about your package.  International orders are shipped via First Class Air Mail and delivery times will vary based upon country.

 
If for any reason your order will be delayed, you will be promptly contacted with an estimated delivery date. If that date is unacceptable, you may cancel your order and your payment will be refunded in full.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with the products you receive from us.

 
The unfortunate truth, however, is that sometimes things go wrong. If there is a problem with your order -- an item is broken, the wrong item is placed in your box or an item is missing -- please This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .   We will make it right as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

 
If upon receipt of your order you realize that you made a mistake in ordering, we will accept returns of UNOPENED products and refund all your money except the shipping/handling charges.  You must first notify us of the problem with the order prior to returning it.  NO RETURNS will be accepted or credited for any reason without prior authorization.

 
If for any reason you find it necessary to change or cancel an order, please email us as quickly as possible.  If your order has not yet been filled or if we are able to intercept the package before it is mailed, we will refund all your money.  If your package has already been mailed, it will be subject to the return charges outlined above.
